Exploring the Legal and Ethical Concerns of Using Copyrighted Artworks in Machine Learning
This study examines the problems that have already taken place as a result of AI art generators and, suggest possible solutions for them to prevent future inconveniences regarding this issue as currently, there are not any feasible solutions that have been taken into consideration. The questions that will be explored are: 1. To what extent does the current AI art respect artists’ intellectual property rights? 2. What are the possible ways to improve AI-Generated art so that it would not disregard the work of the artists?
