There’s a lot to unpack. When they doubled down on LLMs and related products since ChatGPT, they weren’t joking. Nearly three years later, we starting to see the full force of the results. We are starting in mid to late 2025 to see the fruits of their labor. I want to take you on a quick tour where you can dive in deeper if you see something interesting. My hope is this will enable you to familiarize yourself better with what Google’s AI ecosystem is becoming and what they are up to in AI products.

BigAI’s Ecosystem 🌌
If ChatGPT is convenient and Anthropic’s Claude is pragmatic, Google Gemini and GDM’s various AI Products fills the gap between, and it’s quickly become a fairly wide array of products. Not all of them are that useful, but they are becoming more capable, cost-effective and gaining ground on rivals.
In 2025, the way we conceive of search, research, content generation and discovering the physical world with AI has all suddenly transformed. This momentum in the late 2020s is only going to speed up.
